7ck77 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside 7ck77's control.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal funds within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high demand or technical maintenance, processing times may be extended. 7ck77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing period.

All funds deposited into your 7ck77 account must be your own money, derived from legitimate sources. 7ck77 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Any attempt to use the 7ck77 platform for money laundering or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7ck77 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to suspected fraud, a pending bonus investigation, or an ongoing responsible gaming review. General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on 7ck77:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any transfer to the withdrawable balance is permitted.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within 7 calendar days of credit. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.

All bets placed on 7ck77 are subject to the following general rules, which apply across all product verticals including cricket betting, live casino, and slot games:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and vary by market, game, and account status. 7ck77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, 7ck77 will attempt to resolve the issue using recorded game data. In cases where resolution is impossible, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For live cricket betting, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Any subsequent changes to the official result after settlement will not affect already-settled bets unless 7ck77 determines a manifest error occurred.
• Where a bet is placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted re-scheduling window (as defined per sport), the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ck77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to 7ck77:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal recreational purposes only.
